What we store in your browser, what each consent category does, and how to change your choice.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a browser saves when you visit a site. The Tino site uses a similar technology instead, the browser's local storage (localStorage), to remember your choice and the identifiers below. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
2. How we use cookies
On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept everything, choose necessary only, or set your preferences.
Before you choose, the site sends one anonymous audience-measurement signal (the page visited), with no identifiers and nothing saved in your browser.
Once you choose — including “Necessary only” — basic functional measurement starts, first-party only: we count visits and sessions, the pages and sections viewed, and record whether the chat works. The data is collected and stored only by us, on our own servers, is not shared for advertising, and rests on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running and improving the site.
If you accept the Analytics category, measurement extends to clicks on page elements, cursor paths and heatmaps. The Marketing category is reserved: today it loads nothing.
If you open the chat, the conversation works whatever you chose: for that we store the conversation's identifier.
3. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary and first-party functional measurement
Active after any choice in the banner. They cannot be switched off from the banner.

Analytics (optional, with consent)
Adds no new identifiers and no third-party tools: it uses the same first-party identifiers above, but extends what is recorded.

A category reserved for possible campaign-measurement tools. No marketing cookie is loaded today, whatever you choose; if we add one, we will list it here and enable it only with your consent.

4. Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, a link that also sits in the footer of every page. You can clear what the site has stored at any time from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Third-party services
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts; when they load, your browser sends its IP address to Google. We use no other third-party service that stores cookies in your browser.
