Architecture
The building
Tino is conceived as a small ensemble in the language of the old town: ordered frontages, steep roofs, arched ground-floor openings and an inner courtyard the homes gather around.
Stone, timber and warm-toned render tie the building to Saxon Brașov; terraces and gardens open it to the mountain. Demonstration description — the architectural design is published at launch.

Townhouse
The townhouses have two levels, their own front door and a private garden: days downstairs, towards the garden, nights upstairs. A house, without the upkeep of a detached one. Demonstration layout.
Penthouses
Penthouse
The penthouses take the top floor, with wide terraces, a solarium and a private pool, facing the Tâmpa ridge. Demonstration layout.

Villa
The villa stands apart from the ensemble, with its own garden and pool and a guest apartment. For anyone who wants a whole house, a few steps from the old town. Demonstration layout.
